Refund policy

Each Sahler's Woodcraft creation is handmade & one of a kind. With a deposit and/or written approval of wood selections and design, you agree to receive your order. If your order fails to meet the agreed expectations due to an error on the company's end, products are guaranteed and will either be repaired or replaced with shipping costs shared 50/50 within 15 days of receipt of the item. If a product fails due to user neglect, Sahler's Woodcraft will provide repair services with the purchaser paying 100% shipping costs and labor fees for repairs performed. If a product is purchased locally, then pieces can be returned to Sahler's Woodcraft in person.
